Services

Spring cleanup includes complete clean-up of all leaves and other collected natural debris on all grassy areas of property. Landscaped beds are also blown clear of leaves and debris. The quoted spring cleanup price below  includes moving all collected debris to your curbside. It does not include removal of collected debris from the property. Removal of debris is the customer’s responsibility. F&J Lawn and Landscape will haul away and properly dispose of the collected debris for an additional fee of $75.00 per full trailer load if requested.

All Grassy areas are mowed and trimmed on a weekly basis. Driveways, walkways, sidewalks, patios and curb sides are blown free and clear of debris upon completion of mowing and trimming on a weekly basis. This weekly service typically begins in mid-late April and continues to the end of October. 

*F&J Lawn and Landscape is NOT responsible for normal wear marks from grass trimmers on tree trunks/roots, fence posts and mailbox posts that are not properly protected. This also includes shrubs, perennials, and annuals that are not surrounded by landscape.  If grass is growing at a rapid rate that is not manageable within a week’s time, F&J Lawn and Landscape will double-cut your lawn to reduce clipping buildup and increased thatch. The charge for double-cutting is half price of your regular weekly mow price.

Turf Edging

Detailed edging along driveways, sidewalks, streets, and or boulevard curb lines that are on and apply to the  property for an undeniably professional looking lawn. Turf edging is performed weekly at your weekly mowing appointment

In the event of substantial amounts of animal droppings in your lawn that require removal to avoid potentially causing damage to our machines and equipment, F&J Lawn and Landscape will remove droppings before we cut, for an additional fee, dependent on yard size and volumes. 

Additional fee will range from $20-$40 and will be added to your  weekly mow price accordingly. 

The other option is for us to cancel your service for that week, until the dog droppings are removed. 

**F&J Lawn and Landscape is not liable for any damage caused to dog toys that are hiding in tall grass that are not visible during mowing.

Bush & Hedge Trimming

We offer an exceptionally detailed bush and hedge trimming service that compliments all of our services presenting you with a wonderfully well maintained property at the end. With our bush and hedge trimming service,  we will trim your hedges and bushes to aid in the health of them which allow your lawn to present itself in the  most premium nature possible. F&J Lawn and Landscape recommends having your bushes and hedges trimmed three (3) times per year for optimal health, though we offer our customers the option of specifying the trimming frequency.  If you would like them trimmed per our recommended three times per year throughout the season (strongly  recommended), simply check all three available options and F&J Lawn and Landscape will trim your bushes and hedges accordingly.
